Kitchen Remodeling
Remodeling a kitchen is a great way to add value to your home or create family memories that last a lifetime. Whether your Kitchen is from the 40's up to the 2000's we can design something you will love for years to come. As with all renovations, starting with a great design is imperative. Designed wrong, the client is stuck with something they don't like for years to come.
The next component of Kitchen remodels is the quality of the work. We have fixed quite a few Kitchens that were designed wrong or had work that wasn't up to par.
Kitchen remodels are a challenge. Fequently, you are working with existing space and you need a mastery of multiple trades like Demolition, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electric, Drywall and Tilework to complete a renovation. To avoid a short coming in one skillset, some companies use sub contractors to complete the work. Unfortunately, by trying to fix one problem, they cause a few more. Frequently, the client has to wait for one trade to finish and another to come in. This can add weeks to the completion timeline and leaves the homeowner with the inconvenience of living in a construction zone. If one of the trades makes an error, they will frequently point the finger at the other trades creating a "blame circle" leaving the homeowner frustrated and unhappy and stuck with the problem.
Our process is simple: We start with asking a ton of questions and design with beauty and function in mind. We can use finishes the homeowner picks out or help the homeowner pick out the finishes. Once hired, we bring in tarps and plastic to control the dust and make sure the home owner isn't living in a dust cloud. We handle all the details and problems associated with a kitchen remodel. When finished we do a final walkthrough and make sure the client is totally satisfied. If there is a problem after completion, we come out and fix it right away. There is no leaving multiple messages without a call back, we leave that to other contractors.

The Ultra Modern Kitchen!
This kitchen is in one of our high end flips in Northern Liberties. Flat panel matte black cabinets are combined with ultra modern stainless handles. The countertops are an absolute black granite with a leather finish. A distressed brick back splash with a pot filler were added to give this kitchen a modern loft feel. This kitchen is finished with a Viking appliance package featuring a 36" commercial stove, massive refrigerator, commercial hood and under cabinet microwave.
King of the Titans!
This was a custom home on Titan Street in Point Breeze that was another flip by Cobblepot Services. White Shaker cabinets with stainless handles and stainless appliances combined with a blue backsplash and Calcutta Quartz counter tops gives this kitchen a timeless design. Because of space restrictions, a corner sink was installed to maximize efficiency. Custom end panels and island panels were installed to complete this dream kitchen.
Good Bye Golden Oak!
This kitchen was a builder grade special from the late nineties, golden oak cabinets, vinyl sheet floor and formica tops, they all had to go! We in stalled New Hard wood Flooring, New Recessed lighting, decretive pendants, dark cabinets and granite with a tile mosaic backsplash. An island was added with a built in wine refrigerator!
The Time Machine!
This split style home had a really tiny kitchen with original wood cabinets from the sixties. We removed a wall and added a structural beam to carry the load. This created an open concept, then we re-routed all the mechanicals. New Solid wood cabinets with crown moulding, farmhouse sink beautiful glass pendants and granite counter tops brought this kitchen from the 60's to the 2020's.
Boxed in
This kitchen was surrounded by 4 walls and was really closed in. We removed two of the walls to give a complete open concept feel. We modified the layout to include a vent hood, custom microwave built in cabinet and large overhang for eating and entertaining. Vintage pendants, white subway tile and recessed lighting completed this stunning kitchen renovation.
Someone else built it wrong we fixed it!
This was a horrendous kitchen design that the previous home owner spent good money on. When they were finished the new home owner had a tiny 30" refrigerator and an even smaller 18" dishwasher. Many other contractors would have ripped this whole kitchen out but we saw an opportunity to reconfigure it saving the home owner a lot of money. The finished layout included a full size dishwasher and 36" French Door Refrigerator. Refrigerator panels were added with additional storage on the top of the refrigerator. The Granite tops had to be cut on site, and the top of the cabinets were raised to the ceiling and crown moulding was added to give a classic look.
